Event description
A 12-week Diabetes Prevention Program for cancer survivors offer by the Montefiore Einstein Cancer Center’s Survivorship Program and BOLD Cancer Wellness Program. This 12-week program, at no cost to patients, is led by an oncology nutritionist and health educator specialized in diabetes education and modeled after the CDC Diabetes Prevention Program
